Terms & Conditions

1. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for using the mojkucharz.pl website (the “Service”) and the rules for providing services by Evidose Sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number 0001045315, NIP: 7011153900, REGON: 525768476 (the “Service Provider”).

By using the Service, the User accepts these Terms & Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

1. Through the Service, Users can:

   1. view the private chef service offer,

   2. complete a contact form to book a trial session,

   3. receive information about the offer (newsletter – subject to consent).

2. The Service Provider facilitates the booking of a private chef to prepare meals in the client’s home.

3. Rules of Use

1. Users are required to provide accurate information and use the Service in compliance with the law.

2. It is forbidden to provide unlawful content.

3. Some functionalities of the Service may require internet access and an active email address.

4. Conclusion of Contract and Service Delivery

1. A service contract is concluded once the Service Provider confirms the date of the trial session or any other service ordered by the User.

2. Specific conditions (duration, scope of cooking, price) are agreed individually.

3. The User may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, in accordance with the Polish Consumer Rights Act, unless the service has been fully performed within that period with the User’s explicit consent.

5. Payments

1. Prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include applicable taxes.

2. Payments may be made by bank transfer, online payment system, or in cash, as agreed with the Service Provider.

6. Liability

1. The Service Provider is responsible for proper performance of the service in accordance with the contract.

2. The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the User providing false information or failing to properly prepare the place where the service is to be performed.

7. Complaints

1. Complaints regarding services may be submitted electronically to: hello@mojkucharz.pl.

2. A complaint should include a description of the problem and the User’s contact details.

3. The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt.

8. Personal Data Protection

1. Users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Service.

2. The Service Provider is the controller of personal data.

9. Final Provisions

1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.

2. In the event of changes, the updated version will be published on the Service along with its effective date.

3. Matters not covered by these Terms & Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code, the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means, and the Consumer Rights Act.
